We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as delivered,
please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly
replace or refund your order.
We process orders promptly in an effort to have your order delivered
to you as quickly as possible.
- If you need to cancel your order you must contact us
immediately (within 24 hours) via email at Sales@TheMatSite.com
or via Telephone at 336-510-8843. Any cancellations past this 24 hour period will result in a 10% cancellation fee.
- Custom embroidered mats for example with emblems, personal initials, or names
are not returnable due to their custom nature. If they
are defective then we will exchange them but only for defects
not issues such as incorrect mat color, etc. It is the responsibility
of the customer to pick the correct mat color. We have tried to make
this easy by developing a method of requesting color samples
to help prevent issues related to ordering the incorrect
mat color. If you are unsure which color to choose then please
make sure to request color samples before ordering.

- All returnable merchandise must be sent, freight prepaid
at customer's expense, and received by us within 30 days
of date purchased in its original condition. Upon receipt
we will issue you a full refund (less all shipping costs).
Please include the reason why you do not want the merchandise.
The return of non-defective merchandise,
when authorized, may incur a 15% re-stocking fee, at our
discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return
Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
- NOTE: Prior to returning merchandise, all return items
must have a Return Authorization Number ["RAN"] issued by
us or the package will not be accepted. Please send
email to Sales@TheMatSite.com
detailing your request including your reasons for returning the mats and we will issue a Return Authorization
along with the return address. Be sure to include
the original order number and customer name in your request.
