Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You will be charged the "Your Price" per item ordered plus sales tax if your billing address is in our state. You are charged when the item is shipped to you. On your credit card statement the order will show up as "TheMatSite".

When sending a check or money order, be sure to include the check or money order made payable to Hyatt Enterprises, LLC and a copy of your order receipt. For checks, also include your driver's license number and date of birth. Orders paid for via Money Order will be processed out upon receipt. Orders paid via checks will be processed after the check has cleared the bank. Checks drawn on non U.S. banks can not be accepted. Orders paid for via Check will be shipped when the check clears.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. When price changes are necessary, we will make every effort to provide advance notice, allowing reasonable time for customers to make adjustments.

Shipping

There is no charge for ground shipping in the United States on orders of $100 or more, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and FPO/APO addresses. Expedited shipping services are available. If you need to have your order shipped via expedited services then please e-mail us for a shipping quote before placing the order. ***We are no longer shipping internationally, including APO or FPO addresses.

Limited Availability

If an item you order is not in stock, we will not process your order until we confirm the item's delivery status with you. You may cancel your order if the delivery status of a backordered item is not satisfactory.

Sales Policy

All sales submitted on the web site are final.

Warranty

We honor all manufacturer's warranties and will help you if you run into a product defect.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel a sale or to issue an RMA for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.

We make every effort to maintain 100% system availability, however, we are not responsible for orders that are not accepted or processed due to technical difficulties.

Limits of Liability

Hyatt Enterprises, LLC (TheMatSite.com) shall have no liability to customer for and including but not limited to lost profits or any special, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages of any kind whether arising in contract, tort, product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such lost profits or damage. Customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hyatt Enterprises, LLC (TheMatSite.com) for and including but not limited to damages, injuries or deaths of any kind and/or for any reason from the use or misuse of any product purchased, supplied, manufactured or brokered through and/or by Hyatt Enterprises, LLC (TheMatSite.com).

Jurisdiction

Customer acknowledges that the jurisdiction for any legal action between Hyatt Enterprises, LLC (TheMatSite.com), any of its representatives, employees or officers and the customer initiated by either party will take place solely in Wake County, North Carolina.

Quotations

All quotations oral or written must be documented with a valid quotation number. Quotations are only valid with with this quotation number and for a period of no more than 30 days.

Privacy & Security

TheMatSite.com uses a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) from XRamp Security Services, Inc. and provides the latest security standards for its customers to request information and to purchase its products. The customer may need to provide personal contact information (i.e. email address) and/or financial information (i.e. credit card number) to complete a transaction. The contact information is used to send order conformation, orders, product information and other customer requests about our company and its products. The Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for items purchased. Your transaction and all of its financial information is only seen and used by your credit card processing center to complete the purchase. We will never sell or use any of this information in anyway with out the express written consent of its owner.
